Characteristics

The two wings of the apartment are separated by a soundproofed and closed corridor which can nevertheless be opened if requested in case of simultaneous reservation of the two wings which are interconnected.

Each wing is accessible by an external and independent staircase located on both sides of the entrance porch.

A gas boiler in each wing provides comfortable heating that can be adjusted to suit all needs.

This boiler also produces abundant and permanent on-demand hot water.

There is no air conditioning but the thickness of the stone walls and the height of the ceilings maintain a temperate temperature in the apartment during the summer.

All windows face east or west, so the sun shines into the Grand Apartment in the morning and mid-afternoon.

These windows overlook a garden or a quiet street, which ensures brightness and tranquility at Versailles Home Palace.

One or the other? ...It's a mystery!

The north and south wings each offer the same accommodation options.

Only the arrangement of the floor plan distinguishes one wing from the other, but this does not fundamentally change the amenities or function of the apartment itself.

Therefore both wings of the apartment are the same price and although it is possible to indicate a preference for one or the other at the time of booking, there is no guarantee that the north or south wing will be assigned.

The wings are booked depending on availability.
