Versailles Home Palace is the name given as part of a luxury rental project to the apartment which is now up for sale.
The site you are viewing here was therefore designed for Versailles Home Palace.
This project was first delayed by Covid and then abandoned by the owner who ultimately kept the apartment for his personal use.
The description of the property which is now offered for sale can be found here under the heading:
THE GRAND APARTMENT
It is made up of almost the entire first floor of the building and measures 165 m2 according to the Carrez law with, in fact, 181 m2 of living space.
It is the noble floor of a historic private mansion built in 1705 and located in a small street 200 meters from the Palace of Versailles.
The NORTH WING and SOUTH WING sections described on this site are the two components of the GRAND APARTMENT.
Versailles Home Palace had planned to be able to have together or separately the two wings of this apartment which can be used perfectly independently, with two distinct exterior accesses.
Communication between the two wings can be opened or closed by an interior door that connects the lounges.
(See the photo and video slideshows here)
The two wings constitute two lots, sold together only, with the addition of a cellar and an interior attic which are not shown on this site.
The furniture will be subject to negotiation which will have to be added to the announced price because the apartment is only sold as is, decorated and furnished.
No parking is offered.
There is parking on the street and the Place d’Armes car park is nearby.
Other possibilities for obtaining parking spaces close to the building are also possible.
The apartment is protected by an alarm and by a permanently active remote monitoring.
Access will only be possible if people who wish to visit communicate their identity card or passport to the notary office in charge of the sale before going there.
No appointment will be made directly at the apartment.
The email address indicated on this site is also the one that should be used as part of this sale:
message@versailleshomepalace.com
Please indicate a telephone number in your contact email and, if possible, a Whatsapp number also in case the owner who now lives abroad would like to contact you.
A telephone interview with a notary will precede the first visit.
The administrative documents relating to the property will only be communicated after the visit if it confirms your interest in this apartment.
The apartment file will not be sent to strangers upon simple request.
The interior and exterior renovations of the building were completely redone recently, as well as the electricity and pipes; the roof is new too.
Therefore no major expenditure in perspective since the building has been completely restored recently.
The property tax is around 2900 euros and the building charges are moderate.
Initially, this site should be enough to satisfy your curiosity and the photos, videos and comments might allow you to decide if you wish to visit this apartment and then contact us to arrange an appointment.
